Cake making has been a favourite past time of mine since I was a little girl growing up in country NSW. I have lovely memories of cooking at home for my parents and sisters and am so pleased that this has carried through to my own children and husband.
Birthdays have always been cherished occasions and I love the delight children receive when they see their own birthday cake for the first time - priceless! My passion now has also transferred into designing and decorating special occasion and wedding cakes.
